It was being increasingly observed at the under graduation (college) level that despite securing 90+% in Class XII, and studying from some of the best schools and top notch online learning platforms in the country, the students still lacked the basic Communication Skills, Technical Skills, General Knowledge, Analytical Skills and General Awareness that were necessary for their corporate employability.

They were also found to be lacking in the sensitivity and sensibility needed to understand and operate in the complex societies of today's times. That is why, year after year the Skill And Employability Reports of India reported that less than 50% of Indian graduates were employable, and that to mainly the engineers, owing to their practical approach towards learning.

Besides, it is being increasing found in various surveys that students don't usually find their studies interesting as they are not able to understand their relevance or practically relate them, owing to the increasing disconnect between what the students wanted to learn and what they were taught.
